Do You Know HCG Protocol?

We’ve all heard about the HCG Diet. We all want to see those average weight loss results in ourselves. Who wouldn’t want to have access to 1 to 2 pounds of weight loss per day (with high rates of successful maintenance). That’s amazing! We all want to see that sort of weight loss.

And it makes the average weight loss numbers even better when you hear the length of the HCG diet. There are a few choices when it comes to the length of the program you take on, but all of them are relatively short. The length of the program would depend upon your ideal body weight, your current weight, your personal weight loss goals, etc.

The HCG protocol is simple. You need to follow the guidelines when it comes to taking the homeopathic HCG weight loss formula. Take the oral drops 3 times per day (this is according to the program offered by HCG Diet Direct). Other practitioners may have other guidelines, but the rule still goes. Don’t break the rules you are given about administering the HCG.

The HCG protocol also requires very strict food limitations. Don’t think about all the foods you can’t have; you’ll never stop. Just think about the small number of foods you CAN have and focus on how you’re going to make them yummy and easy and convenient so you stick to it! Yes, the diet is very limited when it comes to variety of food. Get over it and get on with the diet!

The HCG protocol also calls for very strict calorie limits on a daily basis. You should weigh/measure your foods in order to strictly control your portions. You can’t just stock up on the limited list of approved foods and then go to town. You are only allowed 500 calories per day.

If that isn’t simple…I don’t know what is. The benefits are simple as well. Following HCG protocol helps your body re-learn healthier methods of dealing with fat/fat cells so maintenance is a lot easier. Following HCG protocol teaches dieters to actually eat healthy, prepare foods with healthy methods and limit their portions. And that’s in addition to the drastic, immediate weight loss. So not only is the HCG protocol simple…it’s easy to stick with. It’s hard to cheat when you’re seeing drastic results within the first few days!
